Privacy Study Group (‘PSG’) is a website for those studying for exams in the field of privacy and data protection. We take your privacy seriously and this privacy notice sets out our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data and includes a description of your privacy rights

PSG collects personal data from customers in order to provide you with goods or services. In most cases, this data is no more than your name and email address. We do not sell personal data and only share it with third parties in the event we are legally obliged to do so or we need to in order to fulfil a contract. We will always notify you if this is the case at the time we collect your data. We do not use your personal data for profiling or automated decision making

We collect this information as it is in our legitimate interest to understand how our website is used to to help us design the site to suit our users needs, to identify visitor preferences and to identify the content which is most popular on our site
